Our kids are made with top grade nubuck leather for durability and comfort, they are a single layer but do not have an arch because little feet don’t quite need them yet. We use a non-slip bottom sole, which is embossed with the Rainbow® name.The 1" premier leather strap is double stitched with bonded nylon thread using a box X stitching pattern. We use the best so that there is no fraying, and the stitching will not pull out. The toe piece is a 2000lb military spec nylon and is triple glued between the layers.They are finished off with our Original Rainbow® woven label on the right toe. For the toddlers our four smallest sizes come with a back strap, if you don’t need it just cut it off!
Shipping & Delivery
We would love to offer free shipping, but most orders cost us around $10 to ship and as a small business, we cannot absorb all of that cost. Standard shipping is free for orders over $75. And most orders under $75 pay just $6.95 for standard shipping. Standard shipping orders will ship via USPS or UPS Ground. We will choose the best and most economical delivery method for your order. Currently we do not ship internationally other than Canada, but we recommend https://www.shopusa.com/ for our international customers. Most orders of San Diego Surf Co. logo items will ship the next business day from San Diego, California. Orders of surf brand items will take a few days to ship. Don’t worry if everything doesn’t show up at once, some items may ship separately. Please keep in mind that deliveries to the East Coast can take up to 7 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
All San Diego Surf Co. merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Once the item is received by us a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately three days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. If the item is defective or shipped incorrectly we will email you a UPS return label at our expense. You will need to hand the package to a UPS driver or UPS store. If you changed your mind and would like to return the item you can return it to one of our store locations or send it back to us at your expense. Please contact us for a return authorization number and shipping address prior to returning any merchandise.
